Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can only offer you a full refund or exchange if the Elixirs is not 100% in the condition it was sent in we do take photographs of our products for our own records, incase of any mistakes on delivery address.
Because of the nature of our products please allow upto 14 days for delivery for international. Our Elixirs are channeld individually for each client and our Label’s also made by hand. Your Elixirs are then Blessed..
