Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can only offer you a full refund or exchange if the Elixirs is not 100% in the condition it was sent in we do take photographs of our products for our own records, incase of any mistakes on delivery address.
Because of the nature of our products please allow upto 14 days for product to work if still not satisfied please send a message by contact form and il do everything in my power to rectify this
